Biography :

Michèle has over 25 years’ experience in M&A, strategy and equity financing in France and Europe and more than 100 national or cross-border transactions in banking, insurance, real estate, business services, healthcare, fintech and healthtech. Firstly, for 15 years as co-head of Investment Banking and head of the financial institutions divisions within international investment banks: BNPP, Merrill Lynch and CA CIB.

From 2006 to 2018, as Director of Strategy and Innovation for Groupe La Poste, she oversaw the strategic deployment, external growth and financing of La Banque Postale and Poste-Immo, followed by diversification into the silver economy and the digital transformation of the network and its services. She helped to set up Xange Capital 2, a corporate venture fund for La Poste, and currently chairs its Strategic Committee. Since the end of 2018 Chairwoman of MLConseil and Partner of Priscus Finance. Michèle holds several administrator positions in banks and listed SMEs.
