Biography :

Xavier began his career in 1987 at Banque Arjil (Lagardère Group), before setting up Arjil Spain, a subsidiary specialising in international mergers and acquisitions, in 1990. In 2004, he joined a wholesale insurance broker where he set up the Spanish subsidiary and became Managing Director.

In 2012, he initiated and participated in an MBO for Eurodommages, a wholesale insurance broker based in Bordeaux. He has advised on major international M&A transactions and, since 2019, more specifically in the insurance sector (companies and brokers). He has recently advised groups such as Verlingue, Acrisure, Fiatc and Ribé Salat. He is also a former professor at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) in Madrid.
