Biography :

Paolo has a long-lasting career in the IT and Insurance sectors. He previously served as European Head of Group Sales, Vice President / Italian Commercial Director and Business Development Director of RGI – a leading independent software provider to the insurance industry in Europe (2012-2023).

Prior to that, Paolo has been appointed CEO of the Trefin Group (2008-2012), where he oversaw the group’s positioning on the insurance market. He also served as Italian Commercial Director (2001-2007) and Life Project Manager (1997 – 2007) From 1990 to 1996, Paolo joined the groups Fondiaria Assicurazioni (Unipol) and San Paolo Vita Insurance (Intesa Vita) successively as Information Officer and Life Project Manger / Chief.
