Biography :

After an initial experience with the Moroccan investment bank CFG Bank, where he took part in transactions involving the largest Moroccan groups, Jalil became an independent consultant in mergers and acquisitions in 2001.

In this capacity, he has been behind a large number of selling transactions and fund-raising operations across a wide range of sectors. His network covers North Africa, French-speaking Africa and the French overseas departments and territories.
