Biography :

Juan is a senior executive specialising in the B2B food and beverage, flavourings and ingredients sectors, with over 20 years’ experience in Latin America.
He spent more than ten years at the Döhler Group, where he held the positions of Managing Director North Latam and subsequently President LATAM, overseeing the entire region for nearly eight years. Previously, he served as Commercial Director at Grupo Altex, then as Managing Director of its subsidiary Frexport, and as Head of Industrial Sales at Etadar by Deiman.
He is currently a Senior Advisor at Priscus Finance Mexico, specialising in M&A and Corporate Finance within the Food & Beverage and FMCG sectors, whilst also working as an independent consultant.

Education :
Biochemical Engineer specialising in food technology and processing (Instituto Politécnico Nacional) and the AD1 Executive Programme (IPADE Business School).
