Biographie :

Stefano is a C-level transformation leader specialized in scaling digital ventures and bridging global technology with regulated finance. His 20-year career spans Asia, Europe, and the US, including roles at McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, Samsung, and UniCredit.

At Samsung, he spent nearly a decade pioneering innovation. As Head of Strategy at Samsung Next, he built the Strategy unit, created investment theses, and spearheaded market entry into high-growth industries. Previously, he managed a 120-person global strategy team in Seoul, executing over 50 projects across multiple consumer electronics fields.

Most recently, he applied this expertise to European banking, serving in senior leadership roles at UniCredit until 2025. There, he led large cross-country digital compliance efforts, including the critical DORA initiative.
